1 Bedroom 1 bath Casita on private polo ranch. Single level. Approximately 500 square feet. Pool/hot tub next to main house is a shared space. Gated entry . Fully equipped kitchen with full size oven, stove, microwave and fridge. Washer and dryer. Large clubhouse across driveway with billiards, BBQ, darts, other games and 72 inch TV. Living room has a pullout couch for extra guests.

The space
Ohana Polo Ranch is a working polo ranch with 3 separate houses and a few other RV spots for workers during the polo season (December 1st- April 30).

During the polo season workers (in the barns) will be possibly on site working from 7am to 7pm it is for the owners private horses and noise will be keep to a minimum but it is still a RANCH.

We do landscaping on Saturdays and that starts at 8am.

The Casita has 1 queen size bed in the bedroom with an attached walk in shower and a apartment sized washer dryer in the unit. The living room/kitchen has full sized appliances a small dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people. No more than 2 people is suggested for any stays over a few days as you have to go through the master bedroom to get to the restroom.

The hot tub/pool is behind the Casita and is a shared space with the other units on the property. During your stay the pool may be heated for an additional $100 per day and it takes 24 full hours to get the pool to 80 degrees. The Hot tub can be used at no extra charge but is not in lew of heating the pool. I.E. leaving it running all day or for multiple hours at night. Guest will be charged extra for propane it this occurs.

Coachella Valley is a festival/event haven and music is possible to be heard almost any night of the week coming from large properties or festival grounds.

Guest access
You will have complete private access to Ohana Casita.

You will have shared access to the front 2+ acres including the in ground hot tub and the pool, club house, bbq and “date garden” to the south of the clubhouse. Driveways, parking lot south of Ohana Guest, RV spots.

Off limits: Barns, horse track, all horse pastures and RVs. ( It is possible to set up a pet and photo session just please ask and let us know a time that works for you) There will be a groom on property every morning and evening to feed/take care of the horses. He also can be asked if you have any maintenance requests issues.

Other things to note
Ohana Polo Ranch is a working polo ranch(Horses,dogs, chickens). With 3 separate houses, swimming pool, hot tub, Clubhouse, BBQ area, large sitting area right next to the date garden and pool table. Pool/hot tub next to main house is a shared space.

During winter months the pool can be heated for and extra $100 per day. It takes a full 24 hours to get pool to 80 degrees (depending on current weather) so for the pool to be heated upon arrival you must pay for an EXTRA day of pool heating.
